Data we process
When you use The BeniTalk, we may process information you provide, necessary account data, preferences, interactions, News subscriptions, and technical information required for security and operation of the service.
Connected platform accounts
Authorized administrators may connect The BeniTalk brand accounts on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. We request only the permissions needed to identify the selected account, prepare or publish explicitly approved content, and verify the result.
We retain platform account identifiers, granted permissions, encrypted tokens, publishing metadata, results, and necessary delivery logs. Application secrets are not stored in the public website.
Plugins and payments
When you install or buy a plugin, we process marketplace preferences, installation and version state, entitlement, purchase history, and private payment evidence. Data created in a plugin remains associated with your account until separately deleted or the account is deleted. Account exports include supported plugin data and payment evidence, but exclude technical packages, secrets, and internal notes.
Workspaces and validation boards
Workspace profiles, logos, memberships, invitations, and permissions are private to the relevant members. Lean Startup Ideator stores hypotheses, experiments, evidence, attachments, and collaboration history according to the selected personal, workspace, or admin scope. Attachments remain private and are delivered only to authorized people. Unacknowledged text operations may be stored temporarily on your device to recover an offline edit.
Purpose and retention
We use this data to operate the service, protect accounts, deliver requested subscriptions, publish approved content, and keep security and compliance history. We retain it while the relevant account, connection, legal obligation, or security need exists, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe using the link in every email. Administrators may disconnect a platform, which revokes authorization where supported, deletes tokens, and cancels unpublished jobs. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
