Using the service
Use The BeniTalk lawfully, respectfully, and consistently with intellectual property rights, connected-platform rules, and your organization’s authority.
Publishing tools
Publishing tools are limited to authorized administrators. Each destination must be previewed and approved before a separate publish or schedule action. You are responsible for the accuracy, rights, consent, and compliance of approved content.
Content and accounts
You retain the rights you hold in content you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and distribute it according to your choices. Do not connect a brand account you are not authorized to administer.
Plugins, pricing, and subscriptions
Plugins are optional capabilities installed from BeniDash. Actual prices, payment confirmations, refunds, and settlement are in USD. Any value shown in another currency is an estimate. Subscriptions begin after payment confirmation, may include the grace period shown in BeniDash, and must be renewed to retain access. Uninstalling keeps plugin data until it is separately deleted or the account is deleted.
Pro, Enterprise, and digital purchases
Pro applies only to the personal account. An Enterprise seat applies only to the Workspace that purchased it; owning Pro does not unlock a Workspace’s Enterprise features. Annual memberships are billed upfront. Discounts do not stack. A scheduled cancellation or reduction takes effect at period end. Membership access to paid content ends after grace, while a permanent digital license remains active unless refunded, charged back, legally withdrawn, or the account is erased.
AI, community, and gifts
AI responses may be inaccurate and should be checked. Sensitive actions require your confirmation and may require recent account verification. Treat other members respectfully in messages and groups; blocking, reporting, and moderation may restrict access. Team replies in BeniGroup are best effort with no guaranteed response time. Digital BeniBox eligibility follows the displayed rules; physical gifts remain selective, subject to availability and shipping consent.
Workspace collaboration
Invite only people authorized to access the workspace. Access to a Projects Ideas board depends on explicit board permissions, not general workspace ownership. Controllers manage sharing, export, and deletion. Permanent deletion requires recent account verification and cannot be undone.
Availability
Third-party platforms may change features, impose limits, or interrupt publishing. We may suspend a connection or feature to protect users, accounts, or the service.
